Is cultural heritage going to be destroyed as part of this development?

This is a redevelopment of an existing block of terraced houses. No agricultural land or buildings of historical significance encompass the project site. 

Are these prices negotiable?

We have negotiated "in bulk" these excellent prices from the vendor and are representing the sale of this project as an exclusive. Are you aware of any other fully finished properties with Channel views from €175,000? We think not. These early bird prices will only be available during the initial sale.

What is included in the finishes?

The advertised prices include: wall finishings including paint, drains, floor tiles, all aluminium apertures front and rear (double glazed), internal doors and main door, stairs and staircases in marble with aluminium railing, intercom system, plastering of building front and back and common parts. Bathrooms shall also be provided and finished by the contractor. Prices even include mail boxes. Styles and colours will be chosen from options provided by the vendor. 

Are the views guaranteed?

The site overlooks ODZ (outside development zone) land. According to our architects, no buildings can presently be erected on that land.

This sounds too good to be true. Where is the catch?

We believe this to be one of the best, if not the best, project we have seen in Gozo this year. In a market filled with unfinished and unconverted property, it is exceedingly uncommon to be able to purchase premium property delivered with luxury finishes - especially at these prices. By working with us, the vendor is able to quickly sell all units on the market and avoid the back-and-forth with multiple agencies, and you are getting a great deal.

Is this one of those "pirate" no-permits-have-yet-been-issued projects?

No. This is a redevelopment of an existing block of terraced houses in Ghajnsielem, Gozo. Permits have been issued and construction will begin in March 2020. The vendor is a reputable Maltese firm.
