The dining table affords the ability to comfortably seat eight under an imposingly breathtaking resin antler chandelier. The kitchen also has direct access to the central courtyard. It has been equipped with a double ceramic sink, a dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, a second fridge, a snug cooker as well as a large split system AC unit and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort
Every room of this house is fitted with the latest split air conditioning to cool or heat depending on the season. Back in the courtyard we go down to the Leaky Cauldron floor. This underground level boasts unaltered historic featured, arches, meter thick stone walls and intriguing mystery. Here is the Dumbledore bedroom with its window onto the courtyard and the entrance to the fantastically arched grotto pool. The swimming pool has been equipped with the latest technology and features a salt based filtration system.
Upstairs on the first floor, the stonework is more delicate, windows are large, the ceilings are very high and the rooms are flooded with natural light.
